History & Values
Specialising in renovation, S.A.R. was created in February 2001 by Salerno Alexandre. Established in the Yvelines for more than 20 years, S.A.R. has been able to count on available and multidisciplinary teams to develop a unique know-how in the field of masonry, plastering, insulation, tiling and painting.
Our demand for quality has enabled us to carry out some very fine challenges for our clients: luxury flats and hotels, grandiose villas, renowned restaurants, century-old churches, atypical projects, etc. Each project is realised with passion, attention to detail, respect for deadlines and a demand for cleanliness on the building site.
S.A.R. is a human-sized company that places people at the heart of its success. Our collaborators are all involved in a quality approach through awareness meetings, training and accountability in their daily work. They are competent and autonomous when it comes to making urgent decisions on sites, which enables our teams to be reactive and to respect deadlines.
S.A.R. quality is now recognised by our customers, who are true ambassadors of the company and are attached to high quality services in compliance with construction, safety and environmental standards.

Protective equipment :
Each year, S.A.R. provides its employees with a complete set of personal protective equipment, which is periodically checked.

Cleanliness requirement on the sites :
In order to facilitate movement on the sites, our teams clean the ground (dust, stones, etc.) and gather the tools and materials before leaving the site.
Team recognition :
In order to easily identify our teams on the sites, all employees are equipped with trousers, T-shirts and waistcoats bearing the S.A.R. logo.
Adaptation of the conditions of intervention :
Before the work, S.A.R. assesses the foreseeable nuisances in order to adapt the operating mode of its teams. Intervention schedules and timetables can be adjusted.
Night watch :
For sensitive sites, a night guard can be assigned to ensure the safety of the site when the intervention teams are not present.
